I think if a lot of people kept track of it, they’d be surprised at how much of their time the TV sucks up. I imagine gaming and on line social networking destroys a huge chunk of people’s time also.

I actively watch one or two shows per season, as opposed to the half a dozen I used to. There’s a couple more that I sort of watch–as in, my husband watches them and I sort of pay attention but I also have my laptop open.

Oh. And the day job. I gave that up.
