Still writing plus Tattoos you could Win!

I have been working on Lucy and Thrale. I thought I had a solid enough chapter 1 to post, but I just changed it to a different chapter so it’ll be a bit before I post a chapter 1. The day job is….taking a lot of my evenings. I wish that were not the case but it is.

That said, I have a giveaway! I have 5 tins of 22 Jane Austen temporary tattoos. I am giving away one at my facebook author page and one here. I’ll also do a giveaway at the Risky Regencies and on twitter. Are you following me on twitter? (@cjewel) Have you liked my FB Author Page?.

Here’s a photo of the back of the tin so you can see the tattoos. I am so tempted to get an actual tattoo that says Imprudent.

I absolutely love freesias. They are such unassuming little blooms and then POW! that perfume just hits you. Never tire of them.

My favorite flower changes from season to season. I know, I’m fickle. In the fall/winter I love pansies because their colors are so vivid, their cheerful, and quite hardy. I have a white rose, (more of a cream color really) that I love called Pope John Paul II. It’s beautifully fragrant and just blooms all spring, summer, and well into the fall. My mom loved white roses so this rose is a way to remember her and smile.

I love honeysuckle. There used to be some growing in the backyard of the house I grew up in, and it’s the best smell in the world

  4. Grape hyacinths! Because my grandmother grew them in her garden & would give me a small bunch as a gift. I would have them in a vase and they smelled divine!! Never would have known that otherwise. Who thinks of smelling such a small flower? Everytime I see a (picture of a) grape hyacinth I think of her & remember our special connection 😀
