Saturday News and Information

Saturday, June 12th, 2010

Ah. It’s Saturday. A day when I do not have to go to work tomorrow.

My copy edits for My Immortal Assassin are done and ready to be returned. I’ve seen the proposed cover and it’s awesome.

The artwork I commissioned for the digital version of my story Moonlight, which will appear in the Mammoth Book of Regency Romance, is final. Blog readers, here it is, scaled down to 25% and converted to jpeg. The original is even more awesome.

Art Commissioned for Moonlight, artwork by Seamas Gallagher, a Regency era couple about to kiss

The artist is Seamus Gallagher and I think I might love him more than Alexander Skarsgard even though I’ve only seen his artwork.

In Which I am a Terrible Tease

Thursday, June 3rd, 2010

As some of you may know, I have a story in the anthology, The Mammoth Book of Regency Romance which will be out soon. I have the digital rights to that story and will be making it available for download at some contractually acceptable point in time (this year). I have commissioned some artwork to go with the story and I must tell you all right now that, having seen only the rough, it is amazing. You will want to read my story the minute you see this lovely gorgeous work.
